High C Tea

This refreshing blend is a safe daily tonic that provides bioflavonoids and Vitamin C.  Our High C blend is also safe for children.  My kids (and myself) love it cold over ice with a bit of honey and lemon to taste.

Ingredients:

Hibiscus, Rosehips, Lemongrass, Cinnamon

To Use:

Pour 8oz of boiling water over 1 TBS of herbal blend.  Steep for at least 30 minutes.

Gypsy Tip

The longer this steeps, the better for you!  Use a french press to make a large batch.  Let it steep over night.  Strain and keep it in the fridge to enjoy as you wish!
