Heartburn Ease

This won't heal a broken heart but it could ease your heartburn and that's pretty much the same thing.

Ingredients:  lemon balm, slippery elm, skullcap, marshmallow root, ginger, fennel

To use:  pour 8oz of boiling water over 1-2 tsp of herbal blend. Steep for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.  Gently reheat if needed.
