Nurture your respiratory system with this soothing blend of herbs.  This blend was so often ordered and reordered at Gypsy Greens that we made it a regular on our shelf!

Who Should Use it?  Those in need of respiratory support, battling a current cold or flu, or in need of lung and bronchial support.

Ingredients:

Mullein, licorice root rosehips, nettle, spearmint, yarrow, elderflower

To Use:

Gently simmer 2 tsp herb with 8oz water for 5 minutes. Strain. Sweeten if desired.
